Last week we visited the workshop where Casper’s brother Miel works his magic on our cutting boards. ‘Handmade in the Netherlands’ sounds cool and interesting, but producing our cutting boards this way is actually quite a challenge. Luckily Miel and his partner Pim own a great workplace, where I could wander around for hours. Here’s a small peek into their kitchen.
