Een verlate Lomo-saturday. We zijn nog steeds druk bezig in huis, behangen, schilderen, wat nieuwe meubels erin. Out with the old, in with the new, wat ben ik daar aan toe. Deze foto’s maakte ik met de Nikon FE tijdens een wandeling.

Reuzenrad

Ik begon analoog te fotograferen kort nadat ik mijn blog startte. Plaatjes als deze vond ik toen (en nog steeds) te gek, het zijn typische dromerige Lomography-foto’s. Je krijgt dit effect door te werken met een sterk verouderd fotorolletje, deze was eigenlijk houdbaar tot 2005. Lap verder alle fotografie-regels aan je laars en maak bijvoorbeeld gerust (juist!) foto’s recht tegen de zon in, om effecten te krijgen zoals op de laatste foto. Dit reuzenrad stond op de kermis in Antwerpen, ik vind ze altijd wat magisch hebben.

I started with analogue photography short after I started blogging. Photo’s like this really make my heart beat faster, with their bold colors and lots of grain typical Lomography-photo’s. I shot these photo’s with the Nikon FE and expired film. (2005)

Paarden en de analoge camera: het blijft een fijne combinatie. Helemaal als er ook nog sneeuw ligt. Deze foto’s maakte ik gisteren in de schemering. Het zijn dezelfde pony’s als hier, al hebben ze inmiddels een dikke wintervacht.

Horses and analogue camera’s: I love the combination. Especially when it snows. I took this pictures yesterday, in the twilight. This are the same pony’s as you see here, wearing their thick winter coat.

Ik mocht de Holga van Cristian lenen en fotografeerde met over-de-datum film de pasgeboren lammetjes die vlakbij ons huis in een bos wonen. Als je als schaap geboren wordt, is er volgens mij geen mooiere plek om te wonen dan in dit bos. De blogbreak deed me goed, ik ben er weer! Fijne zaterdag allemaal!

I borrowed Cristian‘s Holga and I took pictures of the lambs living in a forest nearby. There’s no better place to live when you’re a sheep, I guess. The blogbreak is over, I’m back! Have a nice saturday.
